Returns Policy

We allow 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Strictly no refunds for any reason. Customers may appeal for an exchange or store credit. 

1. No Refunds on Full Price or Sale Items.

2. Customers have 21 days to exchange any Full Price item from date of purchase.

3. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. No refund or exchange on worn/used items.

5. Gift vouchers/exchange codes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase/issue.

7. Gift vouchers/exchange codes cannot be refunded.

8. Please note we cannot hold product offline whilst your return is being sent back.

9. You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
